First Convocation of NID MP (12th Dec 2023)
In a groundbreaking moment for design education, NIDMP celebrated historic inaugural Convocation on Dec 12th, 2023. Honored to have had the esteemed Chairperson, CII National Committee Of Design Dr. Udayant Malhotra, as our Chief Guest.The Director, the Officiating Registrar of NID MP and The chief guest of the ceremony Dr. Udayant Malhotra unveiled the 'Young Designer Booklet' which showcased the work of our talented graduating students & served as a farewell tribute.The First Convocation Ceremony of NID MP held on campus, marked the graduation of 45 talented students specializing in Communication Design, Industrial Design, and Textile and Apparel Design. Ready to design the future!
हिंदी पखवाड़े का समापन समारोह 11 अक्टूबर 2023 को एनआईडी में आयोजित किया गया | जिसमें, परंपरा और आधुनिकता के मिश्रण से भरी कलाओं को सम्मानित करने हेतु विजेताओं को प्रमाण पत्र के साथ नकद राशि वितरित की गई |
संस्थान में 16 से 30 सितंबर तक हिंदी पखवाड़े का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताऐं जैसे निबंध,प्रश्नोत्तरी,कविता-पाठ इत्यिादी का आयोजन किया गया। हर प्रतिभागी ने इसका आनंद उठाया,हिन्दी की गहरी समझ विकसित करी और हिंदी भाषा के प्रति लगाव को जागृत किया।

National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh (NID MP) celebrated Teacher's Day with great fervor and admiration on September 5, 2023.
A felicitation ceremony was held in which Certificates were given to FIPSA award winners, Letter of Appreciation was given to employees for assisting in Design Shivir & FDP, Certificates in First Aid Management from AIIMS Bhopal was also given to employees.
Prof. Dhiraj Kumar, Director, NIDMP addressed the Faculty, Students and Staff.
Dance was also Performed by Students.

Faculty Forum strengthens the knowledge and promotes highest level of ethical and professional standards among the faculties. This platform provides all faculties to share ideas, discuss student issues, explore best practice and consider how to respond to trends as they develop. Faculties enjoy freedom of thought and expression to support the teaching and learning mission of the Institute.

The Orientation programme,.i.e.., “The Start of a New Chapter: College Edition” for the newly admitted Students into the NIDMP community for 2023-2027 session held from 12th-14th Jul 2023.
As part of the Orientation Session 2023-2027, various activities like Document Verification, Distribution of Welcome Kits, Loan Camp for availing Scholarships, Basic Health check-up, Cricket Match etc. were organised at the campus for freshers.

Madhya Pradesh Design Utsav (MPDU): FUSION CON 2022
MPDU is NID Madhya Pradesh’s annual design fest, which has been conceptualised to serve as a platform for institutions imparting design education, professionals and industry to come together, share information and build long-lasting relationships.
The fest is a step towards bringing India’s design spectrum together and provide an opportunity to businesses, design students, Government functionaries and the general public to interact with them. It is a grand confluence showcasing different design avatars in the form of talks by renowned speakers, panel discussions, start-up sessions, installations, exhibition stalls, workshops, and various cultural performances.
3rd MPDU 2022(FUSION CON) was organised on 18th-19th-20th December 2022.
